Initial session – 90mins

During the initial session, we will go through your New Client Intake Form. There will be an opportunity to discuss all areas of concern and what you would like to achieve. You will then receive a Kinesiology Balance focused on reducing some stress and addressing your priority issue following the guidance of your body.

Follow-up Standard Session – 90mins

In these sessions, we review the outcomes of your previous balance, and update any changes to your situation before continue your kinesiology journey.

Follow-up Extended Session – 2 hrs

We continue your kinesiology journey in an extended 2 hour session, reviewing progress and making any necessary adjustments to your goal. These longer appointments are available to all clients who prefer a more in-depth session.

Combined Kinesiology & Coaching - 5 x 2 hrs  

Once your life is more in balance, these sessions are designed to take you to the next level where you get to curate the journey to your own personal joy. This intensive program integrates kinesiology with personal coaching to truly upgrade your life. We specifically look at what you want to achieve then set about clearing blocks that are preventing you from moving forward, breaking emotional cycles and developing positive skills and habits.

This program requires a commitment to 5 sessions in 10 weeks and a willingness to do at home reinforcement to benefit from the rapid growth and change that is possible.

Access Bars - Up to 90mins

This technique helps to clear mental clutter and release stress, so you can move through life with more clarity and flow.

In Person Umana - 1 hr

Unlock your spiritual potential through the activation of your higher chakras, 8 through 12, at my beautiful healing space in Albany Creek.

In Person Umana - 1/2 hr  (30 min)

Here we focus on the activation of your 8th & 9th chakras only.  This stepped approach allows more time for highly sensitive clients to adjust to the higher level of consciousness.

Remote Umana - 1 hr
